We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area but still within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Laura at the front desk who was incredibly helpful. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing oasis with stunning views. We loved that it was included in the price, as beach club prices in the area can be quite high. The hotel is also well situated between Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Modern hotel with modern decor and facilities. Nice roof terrace and pool
Expensive. Breakfast is limited and a bit repetitive particularly where hot food is concerned.

Excellent location, very clean and new facilities.
Smelly bathroom, limited menu in the restaurant, no room service, did not feel like valued guest after day 3.

the hotel was conveniently located in the city center and only a couple of blocks away from the beach. the modern suite had ample space and a well-furnished bathroom with plenty of towels and robes. the rooftop terrace with a stunning pool area provided picturesque views of the sea and mountains.
The dining experience was disappointing with limited fresh food options that were unappetizing.

This is modern and comfortable hotel. Clean and cozy rooms. Personnel is very friendly. I will recommend for the calm rest and for families with kids as well.
No Wi-Fi in rooms.

Although this hotel has nothing to do with Zen, it is a beautiful new hotel with very nice interiors - marble of course (near Carrara). Its rooftop (shallow) pool offers a nice spot for cool evening relaxation. The innovative car lift stores cars safely in an underground garage, serviced by staf and at no extra cost, though there is some street parking available in front of the hotel. The restaurant offered only a limited menu when I was there, but the food is nice Italian fare. Good breakfast choices for Italian norms and cheerful staff.
The tv reception was very poor and internet is an ethernet wire which is slow and not always functional. The neighborhood can be noisy with false house or fire alarms, crying kids and barking dogs.

Loved the bikes (even have seats for children), great restaurant recommendations, we could walk loads of places. Really nice location! Good breakfast, really friendly staff. Roof top pool was a real treat, too.

The standard of service and attention to the guest is high. The junior suite was spacious and well equipped. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Marina di Pietrasanta between the town centre and the Versailla Park.
More attention to detail is required to justify a four star rating. On moving into the junior suite we had booked we had to have the safe opened and the air conditioning repaired. As there were no mosquito nets on the windows, one is obliged to use the A/C even when really not needed. The restaurant does not measure up to the rest of the hotel. We tried lunch and were disappointed by the quality and size of portions. Breakfast was similar. Especially if a bus load of guests had left early.

We had a great time during our Christmas holiday at this hotel. The breakfast was superb with a variety of food options to choose from. The location was also excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and a range of restaurant options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the modern facilities like the walk-in shower in the bathroom.
The staff were not very friendly or helpful during our stay. We also experienced some issues with the WiFi signal which was not strong in our room.

The hotel is very nice and cosy and the staff are beyond friendly they made feel so welcome and part of their small family. The owner himself was there to welcome us too. We rescheduled our whole trip to stay more in the hotel since we had an amazing time.

I loved how this hotel is so close to the beach and situated right in the heart of the city center. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, from the amazing rooftop pool with stunning views to the delicious breakfast served every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. Lastly, transportation was never an issue since it was close to bike rentals and a nearby bus stop.
Hard to think of anything.

Great location walking distance to the beach and town, quiet neighbourhood, clean modern hotel.
Overpriced for what it offers, staff lacked enthusiasm and routine, breakfast was mediocre. Overall it was a decent stay at this hotel, but not worth the high price tag.
